Yes, although we constantly evaluate other services looking for three things:

(1) Does it deliver all the elements included with Quickbooks? 
(2) Do we believe it will be around for years into the future or do we risk a future problem for our clients? 
(3) What benefit do our clients receive from the change?

Do you require hard copies of all prior invoices, etc in the setup process?

Accepted Answer

No, but with them or at least the most recent, we are able to minimize the risk of surprise bills hurting our clients, and we are able to provide more accurate trends.

Why shouldn’t I hire a bookkeeper?

Accepted Answer

For many reasons:
(a) A bookkeeper with our capabilities would cost many times what we charge. 
(b) What do you do when your bookkeeper leaves? 
(c) Unlike others, we don’t charge by the hour. We base our prices on how much we can save our clients.

What CFO services do you provide?

Trend analysis is done with our normal CFO services, but (a) if your cost-of-goods is high, we will recommend ways to identify what’s behind it and how to correct it, (b) do your hours of operation match your potential client buying demands, (c) for real estate, do your revised floor plans match current buying trends, etc..

Do you specialize in a particular industry?

Accepted Answer

No. Our family has been in construction for more than 50 years, we have owned clothing stores, and retail shops. A son is a doctor and two grandsons are also in the medical field. Our clients offer us even more opportunities to learn new things that can help others. Then, there’s always the people we can reach by phone. Our job quite simply is to be a partner with you, whatever business and industry you strive to operate within.
